Green tea....

I am on a diet and not a big water fan. I have gotten to wear I make myself green tea without putting any sugar or anything in it. I like it, alot better than water. Will it be ok if I rotate it out with water, is it just as good for you?

  • Green tea is very good for u!!! It is good for your heart and it has antioxidants in it!

  • water is the best for you. green tea is a wonderful anti-oxidant. Great for lots of things....even helps with skin sun damage. You could add lemons to your water or tea. I like to add mint leaves to my water..with lemon and cucumbers..ginger. does not taste the best but it does wonders to your tummy.
