At the fair

I've got a craving for this concoction thats sweet,they serve it at the fairs and they cook it in oil then put a cinnamon sugar mixture on. Anyone know what they are called?

  • Only fried dessert with cinnamon and sugar I can think of is churros. Maybe funnel cakes but those usually have powdered sugar.

  • That's what I was thinking, elephant ears. They're big circles of dough that are fried and they sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on them.
