Suggestions on a quick pick-me-up?

I need to eat something, but it needs to be something that will make me feel better. I'm 7 weeks along, and dragging. I have a two hour drive ahead of me, and I need to get on the ball? Any ideas for a good snack?

  • peanut butterand jelly sandwich and some milk. Good souce of protein and calcium. Always makes me feel better, good luck.

  • I'm nauseated AND tired. I've had just about all the saltines and ginger ale I can handle!!

  • I didn't know u were nauseated. try eating an apple with peanut butter or some pudding. sometimes different textures help. I would also try lemonade. Some say that lemon and orange smells help with nausea. hope you feel better.
