What's your goal for the summer?

Mine is to lose 15-20 pounds. I started my first work-out today and I'm doing in Monday-Friday a hour a day. I'm 140 and I want to try to get to 120. Yes 140 doesnt sound like a whole lot but I want to try and get rid of my gut and go back to a close to flat tummy.

Your goal can be anything doesn't need to be health related.

  • Mine is to have the best summer so far with my family and take lots of fun trips with them :) oh and to tone my belly and legs
