  • DS was 1yo when we started adding whole milk and I am going to probably do the same for my DD and also BF

  • My first one was 5 months when the doctor put her on it. After that I gave it to all of them right from the start, along with all of the other foods that we ate. I have very healthy children, 3 are now adults, none overweight, none underweight. You can't give it exclusively because it doesn't have all the nutrition in it that a child needs, but a well-balanced diet is what is important.
