A pot question

If your husband worked hard, paid all bills, was a decent dad and husband, never went out with friends to party, is starting school to get his BA degree in August etc etc BUT he smoked pot daily or almost daily, would that be a deal breaker?
This is my situation. I hate the pot but I love our family as a unit. Thoughts?

  • I'd be okayw ith it if he was still productive and a great father and spouse. Around here, Nor California, Pot is normal. EVERYONE, or MOST EVRYONE smokes it recreatinally. I personally don't and neither does my SO but if he did it wouldn't be a deal breaker

  • I wouldn't be with someone that puts their need for drugs before the safety of his family. If he gets put in jail, you will have endangerment charges, and your kids will end up wards of the state. That doesn't make a decent Dad, or Husband to me.

  • weed I don't mind as long as you don't do it around your children and can still function. My auntie smokes bcause she had breast cancer and it's the only way she can eat. If it was taking over his life then that is a different story.
