How can I optimize blending teenage daughters in future step family?

Girls are 16 and 19 from one family. 16 and 20 from another. The two 16 year olds feel awkward so far, but they both like each parent. One likes dance. The other is more athletic and less into fashion. Both are raised Christian and good kids.

  • Try sitting down and talking with them individually and ask THEM this question. They are old enough to give you opinions and options.
Which ones will be living in the household full time?
