  • oatmeal w/ latte (made of almond milk) for breakfast
    wrap w/ turkey and swiss and sprouts for lunch
    protein (fish, chicken, legumes, beans) and usually broccoli or carrots and quinoa or rice or rice crackers.
    snack of chips and salsa (terrible). Gummy bears for sweets or red licorice or fruit.

  • Losing weight:
    1/2 serving oatmeal, 2TBS peanut butter, 1tsp honey 1/2 cup milk = 330 calories
    Salad with light ranch sometimes cheese = 140 - 190 calories
    1 slice bread, 1 egg, lettuce, tomatoes, sometimes onions, and a slice of cheese, piece of fruit= 315

    Whatever is for dinner. Usually it will have 1 or 2 servings of veggies, and a serving of meat. There is usually a piece of fruit for a snack somewhere in there too.
