  • I just started doing stretches that help with labor and I walk daily 5 times a week.

  • Almost done with Insanity and I'm starting ChaLEAN Extreme soon. Plan on doing P90X after that!

  • I have a Health Rider I use about 5 days a week. Mostly I like to walk - about 45 mins in the morning. When it gets hot, I swim instead of walk...sometimes both.

  • Pole dancing...It's fun and it doesn't feel like a workout until the next day ( lol ). I love it, you should find a class near you.
