Should children be treated according to age? Or should it be equal rights for all?

I treat all children equally with respect and kindness and guidance, except my rules and privileges vary according to each child's personality, & ability to make sound decisions when on their own. I am curious how other moms do this.

  • You can treat them differently according to their maturity and age and still respect them as equally valuable and lovable and such.

  • I agree with you. Kids should be treated by their maturity level as well.

  • I agree with you also. You can't treat a 2 year old the same way as a 7 year old.
