Will Clomid Work?

I have Pcos and was prescribed clomid after finding out i am not ovulating. But i dont know if it will work for me because i am a little underweight, and have read that clomid doesnt work well for underweight women?

  • I don't know but there is no harm in trying while working to getting towards a healthy weight.

  • I was told I had PCOS, was 116 pounds (underweight for me) when I was TTC, and was put on Clomid ... it worked for me (took 2 months). I was told that if it didn't work in 6 months, that it probably would not at all.

  • I was on Clomid twice for 6 months each time.  I conceived both times the month after I stopped taking it.
