  • We make one we called "dog food" lol dont let the name fool you its very good.. Take ground meat or break up frozen hamburgers, brown them a bit in a frying pan, ad a packet of onion gravy and a can of cream f mushroom soup (i leave that out in mine i dont like mushrooms) mix it all up, make mashed potatoes and put the meat over the mashed potatoes,, quick and easy. you can alter it a bit hear of there with other ingredients.

  • we like fiesta rice. Ground beef, green pepper and onion chopped, chili powder and garlic, can diced tomatoes and a can of mixed beans, frozen corn and rice. All mixed together and served with a dalop of sour cream, salsa and nacho chips. yumm, got this recipe from a friend and it's one of our staples.
Also you could try an enchilada recipe.
http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Kofta-Kebabs/Detail.aspx We've had this but wil ground beef not lamb like the recipe suggest's.
Make meatballs, meat loaf (I figure those are obvious one's though!)
    Good luck with your beef!

  • How about a taco ring? You make taco meat as you usually would, 2 lbs of it, unroll 2 cans of crescent rolls in a circle with the point out, the fat parts together to make the circle, then put a line of the meat all around the circle. You can add cheese at this point if you like, and anything like tomatoes or beans, but I just do the cheese. Then you bring the points over to cover the meat, and you have what looks sort of like a bundt cake. Bake until golden brown and serve with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, etc. Yummy!
