I honestly don't see how. One thing annoying is you watch the infomercial and them saying you can eat whatever you want and lose weight.....yet on the infomercial it's being sprinkled on a SALAD. There is no nutrition education involved with this, no exercise plan, just saying sprinkle this non-natural product on your food and be tricked into feeling full sooner. Well you can do that yourself for a couple of pennies by drinking a glass of water right before you eat.
And what happens if you lose weight on this? Because it's said to be without exercise then if you DO lose weight you'll lose muscle mass as well, NOT GOOD.
All anyone needs is to eat a healthy balance of foods within your caloric range and exercise. It's not a quick fix, but it works
