Very TMI- but its very PAINFUL to use the bathroom

ever since i had my surgery its hurt to use the bathroom. i noticed i had a reallllly bad hemerode that was blocking things from coming out. even tho i take stool softners it still hurts. and the stool is really compacted and hard. i even cloged the toilet up : /
last bm i took i even noitced blood! *which i take is basically my ass hole ripping*
how do i get it to where im regular and it doesnt hurt so much. its not so compacted....but more free

  • Have you seen a doctor about this??? That might help. You can double up on the stool softeners as well. Like take 4 in the am and pm instead of just 2. Also magnesium and Magnese help in that department as well. I take those to help with that. Best of luck, I know it hurts

  • well i know its normal for up to a month aftter surgery to not be regular...
    its like giving birthdya daily when i use the bathroom! horrrible!

  • I echo what corbysmom531 says ... try taking Magnesium Oxide every nite before bed ... works wonders.

  • you could try eating lettuce in a salad daily, try rubbing on hemroid cream and thats all the ideas i have.
