Anyone else coooking for just one?

sometime I just think it is too much trouble to drag things to cook just me. Do you hav tips?

  • salads are a good and quick for on the go mommas... i agree when the hubby is out of town its hard to cook for just one.. so try that, and change it up with different kinds like asian or italian fluences. also wraps are easy and good. pita bread, or flour tortilla shells..put in your favorite sandwich stuff and eat! that or a DiJorno! :) Good luck

  • Make a larger casserole or whatever, and freeze in single-serving portions - that way you have a home-cooked meal without having to cook every day. If you do that daily for a week, you'll have almost 2 months worth of "instant" meals.
