Well I have decided to start running again. I used to do track in high school so basically its been six years since I ran. I was able to sneak out twice this week so far which is better then nothing! The first time it was like ten mins for a mile. Tonight it was 6 1/2 mins =) lets hope it keeps up at 6/7mins & actually if I remember correctly 6 1/2 mins would be a personal best I dont think I ever broke the 7min mark in high school!

Kay just had to brag a bit I'm proud of myself. Now to keep it up every week getting out at least twice would be nice!

  • If you're running 6.5 min miles after such short training, you'd better get a coach and shoot for professional status- You can run!

  • that is so good. I used to run track in high school... ok how many years ago and still running every week. but ladies let us not forget to add some cellular nutrition to our daily lives. let's get some balance in our lives ladies... Levive yourself!!!
