  • lay down on your left side and rest. Get a nice refreshing drink and a movie and chill out. listen to your body and don't push yourself. Now is the most important time in your life to be really nice to yourself and body. A nice warm bath may help too. if it gets really bad dont ever hesitate to call your ob. feel better

  • This is normal for pregnant women to experience pains like standing, back pain and more others due to the weight you are carrying however if you are worried about this then go to your OB and ask for you guidance on what to do. See DePuy Pinnacle Recall

  • Some may think that a DePuy hip replacement is the answer to severe hip pain but when pregnant it is not an option. Although there are exercises that may improve hip movement and reduce pain. Sleeping with a big pillow between the legs also helps too.
