IVF Medication Cost??

we are blessed to have Unlimited IVF coverage, but i was wondering about how much fertility meds cost you? did you have any insurance coverage??

  • Im praying that insurance cover the medication!! but im also thankful we have any coverage at all so if we have to pay for the medication that is fine with me :)

  • Did you already call your carrier? If you have unlimited fertility coverage, I can't imagine that Meds would not be covered. Good luck to you.

  • Thank we are, we are meeting with our IVF coordinator next week and they will explain everything that we are needing to do and take, and then i will call them and see if its covered once i know what medications they will be giving me. they also cover 10,000 in infertility treatments so im wondering if the medication is under that?? idk LOL but i want to find out!

  • 10,000 per cycle? How many cycles? Per year? And don't worry, your mess shouldn't be more than 2500-3000 max. One fresh cycle + meds was 15,000, so you may have some out of pocket expense as well. Just something to be prepared for...
