Recipes for chicken

Can't have mushrooms or tomaotes or anything containing these

I cooked up 5 chicken breasts last night and they didn't get eaten I have a lot left and was wondering besides soup what recipes I can make with the chicken that the whole family will eat.

The chicken breasts were boiled on top of the stove and pulled from the bone and then I cut them into cubes

Please share a recipe if you have one.  Thanks

  • How did you cook them? If they are grilled you can use them to top a salad or chop them up to make chicken salad. If they are fried, chop them up and serve them over rice with a brown gravy (add soy sauce to it for an easy take on Chinese food). Baked can be treated the same as grilled and just about any boneless chicken breast makes a great sandwich. You can also chop it up and add it to your favorite pasta and sauce.

  • Chicken Marsala

    * 1/2 stick butter - cut into pieces
    * 4 chicken breasts
    * 1 C. Marsala
    * 8 oz Cream Cheese - softened
    * 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
    * 1/4 tsp Oregano
    * 1/4 tsp Basil
    * 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    * Sliced Mushrooms - as many as you'd like
    * Pasta of choice

    Place butter pieces on bottom of crock pot, top with chicken breasts.
    In bowl mix together, Marsala, Cream Cheese, Cream of Mushroom soups. Pour over top of chicken.
    Top with spices and mushrooms.
    Cook on low 4-8 hrs
    When ready to eat, cook up some pasta and serve chicken over top.
