Do you feel guilty if you have one of those days where you do nothing?

I feel soooo lazy, just want to do nothing.. is that so wrong?

  • Nope, I don't beat myself up about it when I get like that. For too many years, I worked for MONTHS on end without so much as a day off or 10 minutes time to spend on myself!

  • I don't feel guilty until DF comes home and sees that nothing has been done. But he usually takes my lazy days as his lazy days too. Just a couple of days of go neither one of us did anything all day.

  • You have to have the occasional day where you just veg. Maybe get a load of dishes and laundry done, but besides that nada. If it were happening freequently then i'd feel guilty. lol
