Best time of day to take a pregnancy test?

I have always heard that you should test first thing in the morning. Well, what if you're up several times a night, maybe even 5 then 6am getting up to pee? Should you just do it the first time you wake up? or still go in the morning when you're up for the day?

  • First urine of the day. It's the most strong so it will give the best results

  • Ok I did it on my longest sleep pattern. Because drinks cause ur urine to be diluted .....I went to bed at 10pm up at 11:30pm I would sleep steady from 12am to 4:30am .....i would take mine then.....cause it would be what my kidneys and body produced not my fluid intake. It would always give me a very bright positive....or a quick negative. Good luck!
