  • Haha I am a good cook. I can whip up ethnic dishes like lumpia and pancit or a good penne but that is the one thing I cannot make. My fried chicken consists of me coating it with panko crumbs and various herbs and spices and oven frying it. I WISH I knew how to make real fried chicken.

  • Heat oil in a skillet, coat the chicken in egg then in a mixture of flour, cornmeal, and seasonings, then put the chicken in , turning so it browns on all sides and cooks through.

  • Do you want baked fried chicken or real fried chicken?
    I'm from Kentucky (and we all know about their chicken) I can give you my Granny's recipe.

  • Depends, if I am using chicken tenders I coat in an egg/milk mixture then dip in seasoned flour and deep fry. For skillet frying I uuse whole breast and so the same thing.
