My nephew mother just passed away should I take him from my brother?

My brother is addicted to herion and crack. My nephew is only two.

  • I don't know if you can just "take" him. Does your brother want you to raise him? If so I think you should absolutely do it rather than let your nephew go to genetic strangers.

  • Ask him if the baby can come stay awhile with you and see if you can get something in writing from him. Contact a lawyer and see how to go about getting custody of the baby. Poor baby!!!

  • Im married and we have all the means to take care of a him. i dont have any kids. my brother will not give up the drugs for anyone.
