I am aiming to do 7 miles on Sunday. I hope I can do it!! I know I can't run it all (I didn't run all of today), but I need to add distance if I'm going to be ready for my half marathon in August. I will see how my legs feel, though. If my hamstrings are this bad, I'll leave it at 4 miles again and try again for Tuesday.
