When to get pull ups

My 14 month old rather have us buckle her dipper before we put it on her. So I am just wondering when can I actually buy pull ups for her.

  • I would wait until she is closer to 2 (or ready to potty train & can control her urine flow a little better) Pull Ups do not hold nearly as much as a diaper and are much more expensive.

  • What is the point of pull-ups? I never understood this. I went straight from diapers to underwear. A pull-up is just a diaper with stretchy sides. Complete waste of money.

  • NEVER. Pullups make potty training last LONGER. You want your toddler to start figuring out when they're going pee? Put them in cloth diapers or traning pants. They'll figure it out quickly because they'll FEEL it. Cloth diapered babies potty train, on average, at least 6 months earlier than kids in disposables or pullups.
