Do you ever just want to?

Lock yourself in a room, close all the shades and tell everyone to leave you alone? How do you deal with this feeling? Especially if you can't do this?

  • Oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! quite often, or become invisible!!! I hide and get lost with a book, or go for a ride, or get on this site!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Go for a walk, take some good happy music with you to listen to. sing if u feel cry if you want.. have someone babysit for you. or take the kids to do something enjoy your LO. me seeing my kids happy and laughing always makes me feel a bit better.. maybe watch a funny movie at home with them?? Its normal to feel this way but its not always good.. If you let your feelings control you the out come may not be good..
