Does any one know what helps achy legs and feet?

  • Warm bath, ibuprofin or advil, if you're against pain killers, or can't take anti inflammatories, Burt's bees has a muscle rub product called muscle mend. I find it much stronger than most of the other muscle rub products out there, and the smell is much more pleasant. That's what I use in the winters when my leg/knee/ankle is acting up on me. (I broke my leg almost 3 years ago, and it still gets achy when it's cold out.)

  • wearing better shoes, massages, staying off the feet as much as possible when they hurt.

  • i have the shoe thing going on but would help if i would wear them more often , but, it's been so hot and just easier to put flip flops on

  • the flip flops are causing you the pain i guarantee it! they DO have arch support flip flops
