Is it safe to go tanning at the tanning salon during pregnancy?

  • Absolutely not and I do tan at a tanning salon. They will not let you lay if they know you are pregnant and they do ask.

  • No problem. I was laying before I found out I was pregnant at 4 months and thought I would pass out every time. I knew something was different just didn't know what.

  • im not sure if its safe for baby or not but since it isnt safe for you i would assume it wouldnt be safe for baby. I spray tan. try that.

  • 100% not safe, and most tanning salons do not allow it,, just use self tanner!

  • nope , its not safe for you let alone your baby!!!! try a spray tan or a tan in a bottle

  • What about outdoor tanning? As long as I stay hydrated is it okay to lay out and tan on the beach? I'm allergic to sunscreen so I'm not sure how I'm going to handle summer pregnancy.
