U wana know the new best thing! (not really a question but really wanted to share)

exercizing naked!
once i get out of the shower i get all pumped up about doing it... place a big blanket on the floor, stretch for a bit and do mini leg lifts! its so freeing, relaxing and relieves a LOT of stress

  • and u don't want to get sweaty, its just a mini workout!
    its more like yoga actually, stretching your body and all...
    your hair is still wet and cold and its just very refreshing ;)
