  • Walk a mile every day. Limit the intake of sugars and carbs. Drink lots of water. And 2 time a week do push ups.

  • am following a diabetic diet under doctors care; walking, swimming; playing outdoors with my children; running up and down a flight of step 10 times a day; eating healthier cutting out sweets and junk food and soda(this is the worst for it bloats you and then when you don't have this you want to fill up on food--so I also drink 10-12 glasses of water a day or more; also green and white tea) I have lost 30 pounds since March.
