Im having trouble sleeping is that bad for my baby ? how can i make my self go to sleep?

im up all nite till 5 am and i sleep all day what can i do i need help?

  • Practice relaxation exercises, which not only relax the body but help clear the mind of worrying thoughts. To put it briefly, start with your toes and work up to your scalp focusing on each body part (the toes, the bottom of the foot, the side of the foot, the top of the foot, etc), relaxing as you go, and check back that previously relaxed parts are still relaxed. When you get to your head do your tongue, forehead, scalp, back of your neck, lips, etc. Breathe in, breathe out. And tell yourself to relax. If you find your mind wandering, bring it back gently.

  • Are your pregnant or are you talking about a baby you already had? if so what does your baby do while you sleep? Try not sleeping all day for 1 that is why you don;t go to bed till 5 you will be really tired that day but you have to get off the schedule your on now.

  • Talk with your doctor bout taking melatonin. It's natural and will help you fall asleep. You may need to do a gradual adjustment to your sleep pattern of an hour or 2 per week to have you sleeping at night.
