  • I had a conference with a rabbi about them a few years ago. They were quite impressive. It's practicall yimpossible (and this has been proven by statistical studies) that those codes can be coincidences. So no, not anyone can find such codes anywhere. I'm seeing by the responses that not many people know what the Bible codes are. Here's a website that explains it.

  • Not real. I think if God has something to say he wont use codes.

  • As in Dan Brown's fiction? No. The Bible has lots of symbolism but it's always explained in the Bible itself.

  • First off book, chapter and verse. Second you can't just take a few words out of context, and make them fit what you want.

  • I'm very leery of them.I don't put my faith in them. The Bible is parabolic.Even Jesus spoke in parables and then had to explain the meanings to his apostles. The Bible interprets itself,if you study diligently. No need for "codes" of any kind.Just my take on it.

  • Not. It "shifts the focus of biblical apologetics from the essential core of the gospel — the death, burial and resurrection of Christ (1 Cor. 15:1-4) — to esoteric speculations.” .... Hank Hanegraaff
