  • Hold a hot blow drier up to ear but not too close. You can set some of them to warm. The truth though is good antibiotic and prescribed ear drops that numb the ear is the best way to go.

  • Sweet oil drops in the ear, biofreeze on the oustide of the ear alternated with a warm wet washcloth. Ibuprofen.

  • My boys used to get ear infections. What I did was give them pain meds (tylenol, ibuprofen) for the pain, and then I would get a washcloth wet with warm/hot water, wring it out and have them hold it over their ear. (or lie down with the washcloth on ear).
