Any advice on healthy meals you can get at a restaurant? I'm trying to lose weight by exercising and eating more healthy.

  • lol, dont eat out...the food is always loaded with preservatives and hidden sugars. Especially if you order fat free dressings on salads...horrible amounts of sugar to make it taste decent...good luck

  • Grilled meats, no sauces, steamed veggies, steamed rice or baked potatoes for sides (hold the sour cream), stay away from pastas, bug burgers, anything fried, salads are good unless they're loaded with crappy stuff...

  • most restaurants have a list of healthier foods and what they offer some even have weight watcher meals
