alimoney and child support

Does anyone know how much you would get for 3 kids,,when the spouse makes 130,00 a year??

  • you can look up that info online according to your state. Each one is different.

  • google you state child support calculators. YOu just put in your info and it spits out a number that is usually pretty close to what you'll actually get but still is only an estimate. They will not take more than 50% of his income (that is federal law) so you will not get more than $65,000. Usually it is 25% for support for 1 kid and 5 % for each kid after that depending on the state possibley 10%. Allimoney is deducted from his total income before they do child support.
