  • I did, I just watch my intake and what upset my baby.

  • In moderation. I like to drink a cup or two of tea in the mornings and I didn't stop doing that when BreastFeeding. Also an occasional cup of Mocha or other mild coffee, or a diet coke is fine, IMO.

  • I could not drink caffeine within an hour or so of a feeding with out DD getting CRANKY! She was super sensitive to it so I ended up just cutting it out for the most part. It did not seem to bother my DS at all.

  • Not normally. A small amount occasionally is fine. I mostly drink water the rest of the time.

  • Neither of my children ever displayed any negative effects from anything in my diet, so yes, I did.

  • I usually drinks decaf, but I like to eat some chocolate at times. It should be fine as long you are not taking too much of it. Everything in moderation

  • Yes, I had a cup of coffee or two most days. The others are correct, you will need to watch how your baby reacts to it when you have it, but it is typically considered safe in normal low amounts.
