It really does depend on the things the first person stated...how much you want/need to lose, how much you weigh, age, height as to how many you will burn.. the key is keeping at least a 500 calorie deficit daily as one pound of fat contains 3500 cals, you need to burn at least 3500 cals per week to lose 1 lb of fat.
Now, I am 5'1", and roughly 110-115 lbs depending on the day/week. I only burn about 250 cals doing P90X 6 days per week, and I can run 3 miles and only burn 260-280 calories. Typically, someone that weighs 150 lbs will burn 100 calories per mile...I weigh significantly less than the average and so I burn much less than I did when I started my journey in 12/09.
