I have 380 calories left for today. What low-carb thing should I have for dinner??

  • i would eat a bag of the birdseye steamers broccoli and culiflower (about 100 cal) with spray butter and have 280 left for dessert. i don't do low-carbs so i'm not sure what kind of options you have there lmao

  • I'm thinking lots of veggies for sure... I had a salad with some left over steak in it for lunch. It came out to 700+ calories... I was horrified! LOL

  • I'm actually doing pretty good on carbs today... I'm usually a carb-o-holic.
    I have up to 389 calories left for today, up to 135g of carbs, 0g of fat and up to 50g of protien.
    This is my first day tracking... so I'm doing ok for starters I think... I hope ;o)
