Where can I find information on adopting a child that is 2-3 years old?

Everything I have found either features older waiting children or children who have not even been born yet or are newborns. I would like to adopt domestically a daughter that will be of proper age to bond with my son. Thank you.

  • Call the local courthouse and ask to speak to the probate judge. Or, call the state bar assocation and find out what needs to be done.
