Who would know?

i have "love handles" or at least i think i do
i have tried dieting and am losing weight.....everywhere except for my "love handle area" what can i do to reduce the love handles?....could it just be fluid or am i kidding myself :)
plus the breasts are getting bigger as well.....(not happy bout that either coz they were already quite a good size)

  • Side crunches. It could just be that that is the last place you will lose the weight. How much more do you have to go? I lose everywhere except my tummy, then my tummy is the last to go.

  • ataemommy: in terms of weight i only want to lose about 3-4 kgs but its the love handles that are really bothering me

  • Just do exerises that work your sides.I would do core workouts too.

  • Side crunches are the best for me...they whittle the sides down in no time! I saw a nice difference in just 2 short weeks. A curve where I had no curve before.
