Anyone ever get those letters that give you a better APR and per month on your car?

It says how they noticed we have a 7.88% on our auto loan and our payments of $516 (Yes thats how much we pay for our suv) and they want to reduce my payments as much as $88.71 per month and a interest rate of 3.99%
I dont really believe it, idk why. but they have a address and its real. its a dealership some where in Olympia, Wa. It says Alliance Direct lending pre qualified us for $7500-$33,000 to refinance the car. and to call there toll free number. What do u guys think?
