Can I trim my dd long hair with a clipper/trimmer?

Just to give it a nicely trimmed look.

  • I would suggest using scissors for long hair. Clippers/trimmers are usually used on short hair and usually for men. Use angled cuts around the face and on the ends to give layers

  • Trimmers can be used but it may give an uneven look. I would use scissors for the eveness.

  • you simply need a pair of very sharp scissors, for a clean cut. clippers will not give a clean, straight-edge on long hair...even when done by a professional. i've seen it done at trade-shows, but its mostly 'for the show/entertainment'.
