Anyone know of anything where one can check off what you have eaten that day

and if it tells you if you've had enough of this or that?

    You can keep track of what food you have eaten as well as what excercieses you have done. It also keeps track of your weight (if you put it in) and will tell you all you need to know.

  • I was on Weight Watchers years ago before they had the points system and it really worked for me, so this time around when I was looking to lose weight, rather than joining again, since I still remembered how it worked...I just made myself a list of the stuff I needed to have daily...made little boxes to check off as I had them... it worked for me, plus seeing exactly what I'd had for the day helped tremendously!   • I just write everything down on a tablet and keep track on a daily basis as to what I've eaten how much and so on
