Increased Vaginal Sweating

Ok so since I got preggo with my daughter 3 1/2 years ago I developed a super sweaty crotch. Which makes my episiotomy scar from my 1st pregnancy swell and get irritated. Besides being painful its gross and I hate it. Any tips? I currently have a washcloth tucked there to dry it up. But my panties get real moist and my pants too if I wear them too long. So I find myself taking it off when I get home from anywhere I go. :( I feel like a freak. Please tell me some of you have this too? And what can I do? I don't think putting anit-perspirent on it would be a good idea

  • I get that way sometimes with this pregnancy. My undies just get soaked with sweat from my pelvic area. You can use Vagisil powder or some other kind of talc or even baby powder to help keep it dry.

  • If its painful it may be an infection instead of sweat. Have it checked by a dr.

  • I HAVE THE SAME THING ! since i had my daughter (who is also 3 1/2) i sweat down there too ! honestly idk how to stop it but i bring changes of underwear with me where ever i go ! LOL b/c my underwear ALWAYS gets wet from sweat & its uncomfortable, so i change them & if i can't change em or whatever then i lay toilet paper on my underwear, I HATE IT ! but maybe we can talk to our obgyn's, i never have but i'm sure there is something they can do... GOOD LUCKKK !
