I need your help-favorite..........

Ok, so I am doing my final paper for my college English 201 class!!! The assignment is to do "something different" what I want to do is get together a grouping of poems or sayings that people remember from childhood/growing up. Whether it is from elementary school, junior high, or high school, or even everyday life, if you have something that might work for my paper-I would greatly appreciate it!...........

  • Better to remain silent and thought a fool than to open ones mouth and remove all doubt.
The failure is not in the falling down but in the not getting back up.
The haves and the have nots can always be traced back to the dids and the did nots.
