  • I just put my child's picture in a card with a sweet note. I wrote Gabriel's teacher a letter. It's the thought that counts.

  • I think a card from the heart means a lot to them. I have written letters to all my kids teachers telling them in exactly what ways I feel they had contributed to my child's development, the progress I had seen in my child that year, and thanking them for the love they had lavished on my child (if they had). Can you daughter "draw" (even if it's a scribble) a picture on the front? Or you could trace her handprint and write her name and the date inside the print (or put a picture of your daughter if you have one)

  • Bake some cookie or brownies or have your daughter make them all something.
