Anxiety/panic attacks on a plane

I have recently encountered my self have a anxiety attack while taking off on a plane from dc to boston. I pretty much told my self you will get through this. You are not going to die on the plane. So I got home fine and realized I would be going on a plane two weeks later and now it's just a week before we have to fly from boston to atlanta and I am already trying to figure out how not to freak out on the plane taking off. Any ideas would be great

  • Have you considered hypnotism? I've heard that's really useful for situations like yours. Xanax may be another option. Good luck with this, I'm not a confident flier, either.
