Help me plan a party menu..........

Having a get together with about 50 people. Very diverse tastes. Thinking hotdogs for the kids, then I need some other meat to offer, prefer not hamburgers............... thought I would serve with Potatoe salad (1 german, 1 traditional/mayo based), a cold pasta salad, a strawberry/mixed greens salad, cake/cupcakes for dessert......What else should I serve? I want everyone to find something they like.

  • I usually do meatballs, sausage & peppers, Kielbasa & sour kraut, & stuffed cabbage, with some salads and sides.

  • Instead of hamburgers, what about sloppy joes or beef sandwiches? You could also have a fruit platter for those who want a little sweet with the meal.

  • Slice a pork loin up & grill the slices for sandwiches (like boneless pork chops, but not quite as thick), boneless skinless chicken breasts, I'd do some burgers just because almost everyone likes them, brats...
