  • Nope. I pay out of pocket for our visits. It is actually cheaper that way...as long as they don't contract a disease or something else severe.

  • Yes & I think its pointless b/c it doesn't pay for CRAP! I honestly don't see the point of even having it, since I'm still stuck with over $10k in bills from my pregnancy & birth.

  • Yes. We have health insurance that includes: prescription, dental, optical and mental health.. Employer paid. We just have to cover our deductibles and any services that aren't covered (which mostly lean towards things like : sex reassignment surgery, elective cosmetic surgery, infertility treatments..those sorts of things).

  • Yes, Through BCBS. We pay $379/mo for the four of us. The copays are $40 and I think it is working rather well, but we are a relatively healthy family. I also have a personal plan through work until I hit a year with the new plan, just in case. I had family plan at work, but it was costing me $700/mo. so I switched.

  • Yes, through DH's work. It's pretty expensive, but is great for RX. My monthly Thyroid and blood pressure meds run $.80 a month apiece!
