  • Lemon Pork Chops

    Pork Chops
    Lemons, sliced
    2-3 cans of stewed tomatos
    salt and pepper

salt and pepper both sides of your pork chops then brown them(just have to put some color on them, not cook them) in a frying pan in some veg oil. layer those and your lemon slices and your stewed tomatos, cook on high for 4-6 hours or until they're fall apart tender. serve over or along side rice :)

  • Sour Cream & Onion Chicken

    4 chicken breasts
2 10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup fat free sour cream (I usually add a little bit more b/c I like how creamy it makes the sauce)
    1/2 cups water
1 packet of onion soup mix

Place thawed chicken into crock pot or slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, mix all the other ingredients together. Pour mixture of chicken and cover.
Cook at low setting 6-8 hours or higher setting for 4-6 hours.
    Serve over pasta.

  • Crockpot Creamy Italian Chicken

    3-4 chicken breasts
1 package Italian salad dressing mix
    4 tablespoons melted butter (divided)
    1 small onion, chopped (optional)
1 garlic clove, chopped or garlic powder
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    8 ounces cream cheese
    1/2 cup chicken broth

Place chicken pieces in crock pot & sprinkle with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over chicken. Add chicken broth around the chicken(not on top so that the seasoning is still on the chicken).
Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a sauce pan and saute onion and garlic. Add Cream of Chicken Soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth(spoon out some from crockpot. Stir until smooth(I melt the cream cheese in the microwave a little bit, but the hot broth also helps it blend).
Add this mixture to crock pot and cook on low for an additional hour(or less depending on how fast your crockpo

  • Roast Beef

    3-5 lb. roast (beef)
    1 onion
5 or 6 large carrots, peeled
    4 or 5 potatoes
1/2 lb. fresh green beans (optional)
1 pkg. McCormick pot roast or beef stew seasoning
    1 pkg. Sazon seasoning
    1/2 cup catchup
    1 cup water
small can of diced tomatoes (optional)

Chop onion and place in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle some flour on the onion. Add some butter (1-2 tablespoons) and sauté until soft. Then place roast on top of onion. Mix McCormick seasoning with water and pour over roast. Add catchup and Sazon. Stir.

Cover and leave on high. Cut up potatoes and carrots and add to pot.

Turn on low and cook for 6 or more hours.

I don't use the tomatoes, but this is delicious.
